Google Plus is totally different from other social networking sites. Hangouts are an advanced concept in Google Plus. It is group video chatting. Google Plus gives you a "start a hangout" button, which will publish an update to your profile saying, "Geeta is hanging out". Anyone who sees the update can Hangout with. Users can also watch YouTube videos in sync with the other people in the hangout, which is a great feature in Google Plus.
Sparks:
Sparks is an inventive concept in Google Plus. With Sparks you can not only share content, but discover it in the same place. From the Sparks page, you can type your interests and add them to your sidebar. From the sidebar, you can click on any interest and read related content on that. You can also share the content directly from that page
